We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its cleanliness, very close location to Batu Caves, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and we were impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The convenient location made it easy for us to visit Batu Caves and explore this city. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

Located just a short distance from the famous Batu Caves, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the area. Guests mentioned that the room charge of RM70 for a Double-bed room was reasonable. Despite some issues with the rooms, the receptionist was polite and accommodated requests promptly, such as providing an electrical kettle for feeding a baby.
The cleanliness of the bed linen, sheets, and pillow covers could be improved.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near the main attractions. It was just a short walk away from the famous cave temple, which made it easy for us to explore and experience the beauty of the surroundings. the hotel staff were friendly and provided us with a helpful service. We appreciated that they quickly responded to our request for an electrical kettle, as we needed it to make hot beverages for our cozy evenings together.
The bedsheets and pillow covers were not in the best condition and need to be replaced. This detracted from the romantic atmosphere we were hoping to enjoy during our stay.

The price of the room was pretty affordable, which was good when we didn't plan to spend much on accommodation. the location was convenient for our city trip since it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Lastly, the receptionist was courteous during check-in.
The overall stay was terrible. the bed linens were stained and filthy.
